Manna Nichols
Manna recently her broadway debut in ALLEGIANCE. This new musical, which is inspired by George Takei's real life, centers around the lives of Japanese-American citizens who were held in the West Coast internment camps during WWII. Manna is currently touring the United States playing Tuptim in the Broadway National Tour of THE KING AND I. A Fort Wayne native, Manna is thrilled to support Three Rivers Music Theatre's artistic contributions to the Northeast Indiana community.
Jane R. Frazier
Jane R. Frazier is the Theatre Program Chair in the Department of Music and Theatre at Vincennes University. She has taught at IPFW, Manchester University and Virginia Commonwealth University (where she earned her MFA in Theatre Pedagogy/Acting). Jane was the producer and co-director of the World Premiere play Beta Launch by Melissa Dowty and has directed in Indiana and Virginia. Jane is a member of MATC (Mid-America Theatre Conference) and serves on the Committee on Ethics and as a visiting evaluator for NAST (National Association of Schools of Theatre) She is also on the Board of Directors for the World Premiere of Alice of Old Vincennes, the musical which will be performed in May/June of 2016 for Indiana's bicentennial. She is originally from Fort Wayne and has performed with the Fort Wayne Youtheatre, Fort Wayne Civic Theatre, Arena Dinner Theatre, First Presbyterian Theatre, Bower/North Productions, and the IPFW Department of Theatre where she earned her BA in Theatre/Acting. Fort Wayne has always supported live theatre and live theatre education which makes it one of the best cities in Indiana, but with the addition of the Three Rivers Music Theatre, it encourages students of all ages in Northeast Indiana to take their talents to the next level. This is an exciting time for Fort Wayne development and I feel blessed to have a hand in developing theatre education here as well.
Melissa Hines
Melissa Hines is the Marketing Manager at Actors Theatre of Louisville, where she helps to guide pricing and sales strategy for various organizational programming streams. Prior to joining Actors Theatre, she was based in New York City and held marketing and sales roles at Broadway.com and BroadwayGPS, a boutique group sales agency of which she is a founding employee. Melissa is a "retired" actor with many professional New York City and regional performing credits. She is a native of Leo, IN and has performed at every major venue in Fort Wayne. Melissa is a graduate of Leo High School, IPFW, and the prestigious Actors Theatre of Louisville Acting Apprentice Program. She resides in Louisville with her husband Scott, son Colin, and Corgi Holly.
Together with a spirited Board of Directors, Andy Planck and the Three Rivers Music Theatre seeks to entertain minds, engage audiences, and unite communities of all ages through strong, smart musicals, both contemporary and classic. This vital organization will introduce professional theatre to its audiences, and best of all, these shows are produced locally with the community in mind. The thirst for entertaining, meaningful arts in Fort Wayne is strong, and I'm delighted by the addition of Three Rivers Music Theatre to this community.
Mike Brouwer
Mike Brouwer is a graduate of Homestead High School and has performed on stage at the Fort Wayne Civic Theatre, Arena Dinner Theatre, First Presbyterian Theatre, and the Fort Wayne Youtheatre, winning two Anthony Awards and an Arena Award. He is a 2006 Cum Laude graduate of Ball State University’s Department of Theatre and Dance and holds a degree in Musical Theatre. He has called New York City home since 2007 and has performed Off-Broadway, at Carnegie Hall, and on stages throughout the United States. He can be seen in Bart Freundlich's upcoming film "Wolves," starring Michael Shannon and Carla Gugino. Other television and film work includes “Non-Stop,” “The Last Five Years,” “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit,” “The Good Wife,” “Gotham,” and “Saturday Night Live.” Mike is a proud member of Actors’ Equity Association and SAG-AFTRA and welcomes the addition of Three Rivers Music Theatre to the incredible arts community in Fort Wayne!
